Lead the Way app for iPhone and iPad

The Lead the Way trip includes a select group of associates and their guests at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Marco Island, FL. The trip includes recognition, celebration, relaxation and an opportunity to socialize with associates in other lines of business and Retail Executives.

The 2017 trip recognizes top Retail sales and service performers. The majority of winners are metric-based frontline associates, while the remaining winners are from support lines of business whose contributions significantly contributed to the advancement of sales and service.
